Everyone is different, everybody comes at a different level of fitness. Whatever be the program, every client will need specific attention. This, your trainers have to keep in mind. It may sound lame, but how many times do you see a client complain about a pain that is not supposed to be there?
Personal trainers are ‘personal’ because they guide everyone according to their specific requirements. It’s not about what they are good at, kick boxing, kettle bell or cardio training or any other thing. It’s all about what the person they are will be good at, what he/she needs.

Please ask your trainers to inform and educate the clients about how the mind affects fitness. As we all know that how we see our food affects our fitness or the lack of it. We get less hungry if we think we have had a heavy meal. Conversely, if we think we have eaten healthy and light food, we tend to get hungry more often. So the calorie count misconceptions must be communicated well to your clients.
Remember, the number 1 reason why a client switches business is that he/she feels that the advice was bad. And who’s better to give solid advice than your personal trainer?
